Golfwater Solar Powered Algae Buster
Nearly all  ponds in the United States have water quality problems including algae, scum, stagnation and odor. These conditions are even more complicated by the use of nutrient-rich sanitary sewer effluent, a growing part of golfwater supply.
Our answer is the Ultrasonic Solar Golfwater unit. Sonication in conjunction with aeration, has successfully eliminated algae mats, offensive odors, unsightly scum and stagnant conditions.
Our EKBS20  airlift aerator, minus 3 PEC 45 pumps
which are replaced by our ultrasonic transducer to kill algae while cleaning and aerating the water. 
Ultrasonic algae control, is safe for fish and is well published at 5 to 40 watts. 
Our 10 watt, +20 kHZ, draft tube mounted  transducer is used in conjunction with a 0.25 cfm compressed airflow to provide the in situ  controlled exposure needed for filamentous algae control. Our unit has been demonstrated to be very effective at killing stringy blue green algae when used in conjunction with seeding our bio-bugs.    You not only  get a gentle pond destratification that encourages solids settling,  while providing high oxygen transfer efficiency for odor control, you also get a powerful weapon in the fight for  algae control.

Ultrasonic transducer is mounted inside our airlift aerator draft tube. Water is driven by PEC air bubbler pumps over the sonic wave generator. The entire system is self-contained and powered by our 60 watt PV solar array and battery storage system.
ULTRA DT OPERATION IS EASY
Low voltage transformer box is mounted to top of battery box.
Transformer plugs into inverter inside box. Inverter cables  attach to battery. Keep battery clips under battery box lid and  under solar panels to protect from weather. Inverter head has 10 amp fused protection at inverter tip.
Turn off ultrasonic transducer
in winter or when not needed by removing clips from battery posts.  This increases power available for 24/7 aeration.
Ultrasonic transducer is screw mounted to bottom of draft tube.  Keep transducer clean and free of debris.

Your applications treatment effectiveness is a function of algal concentration, type and B.O.D./C.O.D./T.S.S./T.D.S/pH concentrations.
